Q: How do I get to Vittoria Hotel & Suites?
A: From Toronto Pearson International Airport:
Get on ON-427 S
Take Highway 401 West to Highway 403 West to QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way)/Hamilton.
Continue to Niagara.
From QEW take Highway 420 (Falls/Bridge to USA)
Turn right onto Stanley Avenue
From Stanley Avenue turn left onto Ferry Street
Continue onto Victoria Avenue and we’re located on the left-hand side of the street at 5851 Victoria Avenue
From Buffalo Niagara International Airport:
Follow signs from the airport to 33 West
Take the exit to I-90W towards Erie
From the I-90 take exist 53 to the 190 North
Take exit 9 towards Peace Bridge to Canada
Follow the QEW North into Niagara Falls
Take ON-420 towards Niagara Falls USA
Turn right onto Stanley Avenue
Turn left onto Ferry Street
Continue onto Victoria Avenue and we’ll be located on the left-hand side of the street at 5851 Victoria Avenue
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If you require to cancel a room, it must be done within 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in a penalty of first night room and tax.
Q: Do you have a pool and exercise facility?
A: Enjoy our indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness centre. All guests may use the pool and exercise area at no additional charge from 9 am to 11 pm.
Q: Do you have an On-Site Restaurant?
A: The Vittoria Hotel and Suites Dining Room is open for breakfast and lunch daily with delicious meals at an affordable price.
Q: Do you offer cots or cribs?
A: Cribs are available on a request basis. Cribs are available complimentary but based on availability The hotel does not offer cots

A: Limited On site self parking available for $25.00 per night per vehicle with in/out privileges.
Off site self parking available for $15.00 per night per vehicle with in/out privileges. (4-minute walk away)

A: Unfortunately we do not accept pets. Service animals are permitted with proper service certification.
